Weight Loss Diet

The idea behind this completely free weight loss diet plan is quite simple... it's the ANTI-fad diet. It is the complete opposite of every borderline idiotic and completely unnecessary diet program in existence. It is based strictly on common sense and the simplest and healthiest way the human body was meant to lose weight. It is not based on fancy gimmicks and making sales. The Lose Weight Diet is free. Every single piece of weight loss information you will need is here (free) for you to read, understand and put into effect.

The Lose Weight Diet is simple because it isn't based on a gimmick or a fad. Like I said, it is the anti-fad diet plan. It cuts right to the chase and eliminates all of the unnecessary tasks most commercial weight loss diet plans require you to do. After all, it's those unnecessary tasks that are supposed to make their diet program stand out and appeal to you in the first place. Why? So they can make money.

On the other hand, The Lose Weight Diet is all about fact and common sense. It's simply about what works and what doesn't. To sum it all up in one simple sentence, this weight loss plan revolves around reducing your total calorie intake by a small amount, and then just making sure the calories you do consume come in the form of a well-balanced diet consisting of good sources of protein, carbs and fat.

Because you're interested in weight loss. Because you want to lose weight without handing over "3 easy payments of $19.95." Because you don't enjoy being sent from page to page of a web site only to end up at a paragraph telling you to "get your credit card ready" so you can "learn all of this and MORE in my weight loss book!" Because being constantly bombarded by hundreds of gimmicky fad diets and commercial weight loss plans gives you a headache. Yeah, I figured so. I feel exactly the same way. That's why The Lose Weight Diet is free.
Who created The Lose Weight Diet?

Your body did. Like I said, this weight loss plan is based solely on how the human body loses weight. It has always been around. It's as simple, safe and effective as any weight loss diet could possibly be.

I know what you're thinking. If what I'm saying is true, why haven't you heard of it before? Simple... because it's never been sold to you. It's never even had a name! It's just how the human body was naturally designed to lose weight, and it's hard to sell a weight loss diet based on that alone. Not to mention, it's pretty hard to sell something that is free.

And me... I have nothing to do with it. All I did was finally give it a catchy name. A phrase people can refer to it as. Something they can respond to their friends with when they ask how they lost weight. "I'm on The Lose Weight Diet." Before that we'd just have to describe what this diet plan is. Now it has a four word title. It just makes it sound more real and official in an industry where every other weight loss program has it's own fancy name to identify it by.

The only other thing I did was give it this web site. The information about the type of diet The Lose Weight Diet is based on is already around. It's not new. I just wanted to give it sort of an official home. A place where people know to go to learn everything they need to know about it, for free. A place people can refer their friends to rather than giving them a name of a book to buy or a program to join. "Everything you need to know is at www.TheLoseWeightDiet.com." It only helps add to the simplicity of this weight loss plan.
What's the deal with the name anyway?

I came up with the name "The Lose Weight Diet" sort of as a joke. It's so damn literal. Weight loss diet plans like The "Atkins" Diet and The "Zone" Diet and The "South Beach" Diet make me laugh. Who cares about some Dr. Atkins guy or some zone or some beach? Cut through all of the useless marketing junk. Your goal is to lose weight, plain and simple. Thus... The "Lose Weight" Diet was born. Slightly funny and very literal. It's the anti-fad.
Start NOW!

Enough already. You've read more than enough information about The Lose Weight Diet to decide if it's right for you. If you don't think it is, fine. I don't mind. Feel free to try any of the hundreds of other weight loss plans around. Go buy their books and their products and their memberships. I honestly don't mind at all. In fact, I wish you the best of luck.

However, if you feel The Lose Weight Diet is indeed right for you... let's get started. I have broken it all down into 3 phases. In order to fully understand and fully follow this weight loss plan effectively, you MUST read through each phase in order. Do not skip anything or jump ahead. Just sit back and relax. You're only 3 steps away from losing weight... for free.

Among Thousands of Weight Loss Plans, We Have Picked Out The Most Successful Diets And Exercises Within Each Category, That Has Proven To Work Best for most people!

I have made the choice of weight loss plans much easier for you, because I have been through this process, not just one but many times before. As long as I can remember I have had to cope with overweight. I have more or less desperately thrown myself over one weight reduction diet plan after the other. And the result was always the same: I didn’t lose weight, only a few bucks each time.

Finally I got sick and tired of all this meaningless diet plan jumping, and started to systematically research the internet for weight reduction diets and lose weight exercises that really worked. The result of these months after months of research and trying out several weight loss programs, weight loss information, fat loss … you name it (!).. is this website. I have done all I can to cut through the bs… (unfortunately it’s too much of that) and only listed categories and programs that has proven to really work for most people, included the one program that worked for me (if you email me I’ll reveal which). For the first time in my life I’m fit, and my weight has sustained for over one year now! I’ll recommend you to go through the menu above. I’m willing to haphazard my reputation, If you don’t find a fat loss-, or weight loss training program that works good for you among the items listed here. Anyway; Weight loss plans are here to stay.

Weight Loss Tips

Weight loss Tips-When eating out, always choose the smallest portion size available. When we choose larger meals, most of us tend to eat past the point of hunger and in doing so consume more kilojoules than we need which contributes to weight gain.Remember that if you are still hungry after choosing a smaller meal, you can always fill up with something else and enjoy a wider variety of tastes in the process.
If we absolutely must eat chips, opting for straight-cut and fatter chips instead of crinkle-cut and thin chips will help minimize fat intake.Straight-cut and fat chips have less surface area than crinkle-cut and thin chips so hold less fat.Extra fat equals extra taste, but if we want to lose weight we have to make some sacrifices!Try drinking a glass of water before a meal.If you tend to overeat at certain meal times (like dinner for example), try drinking a medium to large glass of water 10 to 15 minutes before you sit down to that meal.Drinking water before your meal will partially fill your stomach and may reduce your hunger levels, because often when we think we are feeling hunger, our body is actually telling us that it is getting dehydrated and needs some water.
Offer to be the "designated driver" more often. If you go out for dinner and drinks with family and friends, offering to be the designated driver will save you hundreds of kilojoules because you can't drink as much alcohol. In addition to drinking fewer kilojoules, you'll probably eat less as well because alcohol often makes us "let our guard down" and eat when we are no longer hungry. If you often find yourself reaching for chocolate or lollies in between meals, try eating a handful or two of mixed, unsalted nuts instead. For best results, mix your own and include nuts that you don't necessarily eat on their own. Eating mixed nuts together means you won't even notice the ones you don't normally eat.Although some nuts are relatively high in fat, the fat they contain is good fat that our body needs to stay healthy. And because they are so filling, you will probably end up consuming far less total calories than if you ate a less healthy alternative.

Weight Loss Pills

By now, virtually everyone in the world has heard about the weight loss supplement called Trim Spa. You may be wondering, is this the real thing? Does it really work? Anna Nicole lost 60 or 70 pounds by taking this supplement, but is it just an overhyped weight loss pill, or is it something that actually works? In this review I'll give you the straight-up answers about Trim Spa, and tell you what I think about the ingredients and the product.

First off, given all of the hype and promotion surrounding Trim Spa, you may be surprised to learn that this is, in fact, a well designed weight loss supplement that can support real progress for people trying to lose weight. So even though I don't appreciate all of the marketing surrounding this supplement, a closer look at the ingredients convinces me that this is, in fact, a very effective nutritional supplement for people working to lose excess body fat. Why is that? Let's take a look at the ingredients it contains, and find out what makes Trim Spa so good.

(By the way, as always, I receive no funds whatsoever from the maker of Trim Spa. This is not a paid review, nor some sort of infomercial. It's merely my own opinion on the weight loss potential of this product.
